E-Commerce Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Responsibilities

​

  • Manage and optimize our online channels: Website, Amazon, Bol.com, and new international marketplaces.

  • Track stock levels, prevent OOS situations, and coordinate replenishments.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly reports.

  • Improve listings (SEO, content, pricing, images, attributes).

  • Manage promotions, deals, and marketplace campaigns.

  • Solve listing, logistics, and account health issues quickly.

  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners and internal teams.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.

  • Explore and onboard new e-commerce platforms across different regions.

Requirements

​

  • English level B2–C1 (must be strong in communication, reporting, and platform management).

  • Experience with Amazon, Bol.com, or other global marketplaces.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Fast learner, able to adapt to new platforms (Noon, Shopee, MercadoLibre, etc.).

  • High proficiency in both MacOS and Windows (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, tools).

  • Experience with Shopify or Wix is a plus.

Quality & Food Safety Coordinator (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

​

  • Lead the preparation and implementation of the IFS Food Safety Standard (initial setup + ongoing compliance).

  • Maintain and continuously improve the HACCP plan, CCP monitoring, risk assessments, and prerequisite programs.

  • Prepare, update, and organize all quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, checklists, and forms.

  • Ensure production teams follow hygiene, traceability, cleaning, and allergen management procedures.

  • Conduct internal audits, mock recalls, and facilitate external inspections (IFS auditor, NVWA visits, customer audits).

  • Oversee raw material specifications and supplier approval workflows.

  • Maintain batch documentation and verify production records for accuracy.

  • Manage non-conformities and corrective actions (CAPA).

  • Coordinate product testing (microbiology, pesticide analysis, authenticity tests) with external laboratories.

  • Support label compliance for EU and international markets (ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, claims, translations).

  • Train operational staff periodically on hygiene, GMP, allergens, and IFS requirements.

  • Act as the primary contact for all food safety, quality, and compliance matters.

Requirements

​

  • Experience in food safety, quality control, or QA/QC roles (IFS, BRC, FSSC22000, or HACCP background strongly preferred).

  • Solid understanding of EU food safety regulations (NVWA requirements, labeling, traceability rules).

  • Ability to organize documentation and build structured quality systems from scratch.

  • Strong communication skills; able to train staff and lead audits confidently.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes.

  • Strong English proficiency (B2–C1). Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Excellent command of Mac and/or Windows systems, digital documentation tools, and cloud file management.

  • Detail-oriented, structured, disciplined, and proactive.

  • Flexible availability (8–16 hours per week, depending on project phase).

  • Experience with honey or food production environments.

  • Knowledge of packaging compliance (labels, LOT/BBD coding, EU origin rules).

  • Familiarity with cleaning validation and metal detection checks.

Asia Wholesale Coordinator (Part-Time / Remote)

Rachel’s Hot Honey is rapidly expanding across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. To support our growing presence in China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, we are looking for a part-time Asia Wholesale Coordinator who can manage communication with distributors, retailers, and horeca partners in these markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships, coordinating inquiries, managing sample shipments, and supporting export processes for our Asian wholesale clients.

Responsibilities

​

  • Communicate with wholesale customers, distributors, and potential partners across China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore (primarily via WeChat, email, and online platforms.

  • Coordinate sample shipments, quotations, and product information packages.

  • Follow up with partners regularly to maintain smooth communication and strong relationships.

  • Prepare basic proformas, export details (HS codes, shipping options, Incoterms), and documentation when needed.

  • Support onboarding of new wholesale clients and ensure they receive accurate product, pricing, and promotional materials.

  • Track sales opportunities, leads, and negotiations in an organized manner.

  • Conduct market and competitor research on platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Taobao, Douyin Commerce, HKTVmall, and Shopee/RedMart.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on stock availability, production timelines, and international shipments.

Requirements

​

  • English proficiency B2+ or higher (required).

  • Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred.

  • Korean language ability is a big plus.

  • Japanese language ability is a big plus.

  • Experience communicating with Asian wholesale partners or distributors.

  • Fully able to work according to Asian business hours (China/Korea/Japan/Southeast Asia time zones), not European working hours.

  • Strong responsiveness and ability to handle fast-paced communication (especially via WeChat, KakaoTalk, LINE, email).

  • Knowledge of basic export procedures (HS codes, Incoterms, freight forwarders).

  • High proficiency using macOS or Windows, Excel/Sheets, and online communication platforms.

  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • No location requirement, applicants from anywhere are welcome.

Bonus Skills

  • Based in one of the target countries, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong.

  • Experience working with regional marketplaces.
